I’ve been sick for days! Credit goes to garlic salsa, preceded by a gargantuan chocolate cake at Chili’s last Friday. Not a good combination . But then I’ve never been known to have a tender stomach so I didn’t expect such a reaction.

September 13 was Anthony’s (a gym-mate) birthday & he’s having a party over at his place tonight so, I whipped up a Strawberry Cheesecake for the occasion. Allow me to share my recipe with you. It could be useful - dessert has a mysterious power of persuasion .
