I think that now it’s safe to declare a self-appointed project
. I have just completed 2 drawings that may be good material for a crime / dark fantasy story (in case I cross paths with a willing writer).
So I’m keeping them in my red folder.
The Hero: Kung-Fu Detective aka Kung-Fu Kate: appears to be a strong & attractive woman who is not easily intimidated. Hence, the calm expression on her face even in the presence of danger. I’ve drawn her in fighting stance, ready to defend herself & kick her opponent’s butt. She is definitely not a woman to be taken lightly. She is modeled after manga detective stories.
The Villain: A Vampire: My, he is quite a charmer, isn’t he?! But stay away, this guy bites! I gave him a square, powerful jaw fit for the job. He’s in romantic garb & has very handsome features. Could you stay away? He is modeled after western folklore.
But back to that "self-appointed project"… Hear ye, hear ye! I am appointing myself to come up with a new drawing everyday for a year
. Wish me luck!

You always have the most intriguing drawings. I would definitely be interested to read a story or fanfiction that uses these two drawings =)

A new drawing everyday of the year? That means you’ll have 365 by the end and a mavelous portfolio collection! I guess creative must be mustered up for that and you definitely have it… for some odd reason I can hardly sit to draw for more than 5 minutes. Maybe I’m just not so creative…
